Share Your Stories
Kindness is even better when it's part of your own private story. Talk to a trusted adult, like a favorite teacher or a parent about your act of kindness. You can also write them in a private journal or draw a picture of what happened so you can look back on them.

Help them plan a kindness week
Work together to create a simple schedule of small acts, like sending a friendly text or helping a neighbor.
Celebrate small acts of kindness.
Notice and praise the little things, like when they listen well or share with a sibling. It will help build their confidence.
Model kindness at home
Let kids see you being kind to service workers, neighbors, and yourself, it’s the most powerful way they learn.
